Mary Ann and James Orloff of Orloff Jewelers in Fresno, Calif., received a Salute to Small Business Award during a gala luncheon event sponsored by Union Bank of California on Sept. 30, 2003. The Orloffs were honored for their civic leadership and community involvement. Union Bank and its partners established the awards program to highlight successful local companies that have displayed vision, perseverance, and a sense of community.
