Collector’s Corner

A world record auction price of $662,500 was paid for this Breguet pocket watch during an April 25-26 auction of collectors' watches, jewelry, and exotic gems in New York City at Antiquorum Auctioneers. Another Breguet—the earliest keyless watch known to exist—fetched $277,500 and was also sold to the museum.
