Blue Nile Inc., an online retailer of diamonds and fine jewelry (www.bluenile.com), has announced a new shopping agreement with America Online Inc. under which Blue Nile will be an anchor tenant within the jewelry category on the Shop@AOL online shopping destinations.

Under the new agreement, Blue Nile also will have placement within a number of the Great Gift Idea and Specialty Shops as well as in Shop@AOL’s “How to Buy an Engagement Ring” Decision Guide.
