Zale Owes Citibank Again

Zale has received another
termination notice—its fourth—under the minimum volume shortfall provisions of
its agreement with Citibank, which provides private-label credit cards to Zale.

To avoid termination of the
agreement, Zale must pay Citibank $396,000 before Sept. 22.
