The World Jewelry Center reached a milestone during JCK Las Vegas, as more than 30 industry firms from around the globe were the first to secure specific office space in the 50-story trade tower.
“With office space now reserved by 138 firms—including at least 11 new Letters of Intent signed during the JCK Show—we felt it was important to start designating specific space to give our early adopters the benefit of their preferred location,” said Bill Boyajian, WJC managing director. “In this way, they will also know which firms will be close to them, including their direction of view and grouping by industry sector or country, if desired.”
Boyajian said the JCK Show was a great success for the WJC. “Our new scale-model drew lots of attention, and the overall interest in our project was impressive. In addition to the many Letters of Intent signed at the show, nearly two dozen more were requested and are waiting to be signed. Business leaders throughout the industry are acting quickly to avoid being left out of this unique global marketplace for gems and jewelry.”
