Monaco-based Luna Management has acquired Swiss watch brand DeLaneau.
DeLaneau was founded in 1949 and manufacturers nature-inspired watches for women.
Luna said in a statement that it wishes “to keep the philosophy and DNA of the company by supporting an independent and free mindset in all our future creations.”
