Hong Kong-based holding company Top Trade announced Tuesday the formation of The Santorinos Watch Group.

Mark Schatten will head the group. Schatten has over 26 years of watch industry experience including various management and sales positions at Richemont Group, Tissot and Citizen Watch Company. Scott Osborne will serve as the group’s national sales manager.

Santorinos’ debut brand will be unveiled at JCK Las Vegas. Details will be announced later this month.
