Swatch Group will acquire 100 percent of the shares of Simon Et Membrez SA in Delémont, a watch case manufacturing company.
Philippe Membrez, CEO and current owner of Simon Et Membrez, will continue to be responsible for business operations. The company will also continue to trade under the Simon Et Membrez name, and to supply third parties.
The company will also acquire a 60 percent holding in Termiboîtes SA, a case polishing company based in Courtemaîche, Switzerland.
