Swarovski will open its eighth Manhattan location at 365 Madison Ave., between 45th and 46th streets.
The lease on this location was arranged by RFK, a retail leasing and investment sales brokerage firm. Swarovski currently operates seven additional stores in Manhattan, including locations at Rockefeller Center, Columbus Circle, and Times Square.
“Swarovski was quick to recognize the high-profile retail opportunity at 365 Madison Avenue,” Robert Cohen, executive vice president of RFK, said in a statement. “The space at the base of the Roosevelt Hotel will provide key visibility and offer the prestigious brand access to significant foot traffic along Madison Avenue and the broader Grand Central market.”
