Suneera’s Accessible Secondary Collection

Los Angeles–based Suneera, fine jewelry favored by celebs like Nicole Richie and Megan Fox, has unveiled a secondary collection called .925 Suneera, offering lower-priced, accessible, easy-to-style pieces for both men and women. While Suneera is very opulent, embellished, and has an heirloom quality to the pieces (think: oversized diamond cocktail rings and chandelier earrings), .925 is pared down and meant for everyday wear.

“We offer petite, medium, and large sizes so anyone can wear them,” says says Ana Swarup, who runs the company with her mother Suneera Swarup. The pieces still have our old world, vintage-inspired, heirloom quality, but also something that’s cleaner and modern. And they don’t have to put these pieces in a safe.”

The collection, which bowed in January, experiments with gold and silver in vintage, old-world textures and motifs, along with brilliant and rustic diamonds. It focuses on essentials like cuffs, link bracelets, signet rings, and stacking bands. While Suneera uses precious gems and 18k gold, .925 sticks to 14k gold and silver as well as black, Champagne, and white diamonds. The collection is sustainably manufactured in Suneera’s LA studio and uses only ethically sourced materials.

“It does have a younger feel to it,” says Ana, comparing .925 to the core collection. “It’s more casual. You can pick it up and wear it every day with denim or dress it up. We want clients to mix, layer, and collect jewelry as they grow their personal stories.”
