Sterling Jewelers appointed Lynn Dennison senior vice
president of legal, compliance, and risk management.

Dennison will have overall leadership responsibility for
Sterling’s legal, loss prevention, internal audit, inventory control, security,
tax, insurance, safety and enterprise risk departments. She will also serve on
Sterling’s executive committee.

Prior to Sterling, Dennison held several positions including
law firm litigation associate; assistant vice president, general counsel and
corporate secretary with Honda of America Manufacturing; and most recently, vice
president, law and risk management, general counsel, and corporate secretary
with Tecumseh Products Company.
