Spinelli Kilcollin Debuts Jewelry Customization Workshop at Elysewalker

Los Angeles–based jewelry brand Spinelli Kilcollin—creator of the cult-favorite Galaxy Ring—will launch its first ever live jewelry customization workshop, inside the Elysewalker boutique in L.A.’s Pacific Palisades neighborhood (15306 Antioch St.).

The jewelry brand and influential boutique are longtime collaborators, and are partnering on the workshop in celebration of Elysewalker’s 20th anniversary this year.

Here’s how the workshop functions: Customers wanting a custom Spinelli Kilcollin ring work with a member of the brand’s sales team on the design of a singular linked ring. The design is then passed on to one of Spinelli Kilcollin’s bench jewelers, who assembles, solders, and polishes the rings, all on-site. With a few exceptions (and subject to availability), customers leave the store with their own custom-made ring.

“We’ve been dreaming about doing this interactive pop-up shop for several years, and Elyse [Walker] was immediately on board and excited,” says Yves Spinelli, cofounder of Spinelli Kilcollin. “There’s a lot of great synergy between our brands. Elyse has understood our aesthetic from day one, and has been such a huge supporter of our brand.”

Spinelli Kilcollin has also created a special capsule collection of seven designs for the occasion—available in Elysewalker’s two store, in Newport Beach, Calif., and L.A.’s Pacific Palisades. Prices for the special collection pieces range from $2,400-$11,500.

Spinelli Kilcollin was founded by designer Yves Spinelli and artist Dwyer Kilcollin in 2010 and is currently carried in over 50 retail stores in the United States, Japan, and Europe. The brand also offers its styles on its own website
