The earring party is the new ring stack

Some time ago, I had a bunch of ear piercings. Long story short, I stopped wearing earrings, save for one in each ear, and let the others heal up. Or so I thought. I noticed the multi-stud earring trend, and I so wanted to partake. But to really commit, to go and get more piercings? Too lazy, too much maintenance, too hungry—whatever excuse I had, worked. Until one day I just thought I’d try and see if I could get an earring through the holes that had been closing up for the past 10-plus years. And ya know what? It worked. (Is that weird? Should I see a doctor?). So now I’m constantly on the lookout for new teeny-tiny earrings to fill my old/new piercings—3 in one ear, 5 in the other. And am I to blame for maybe, possibly considering another round of piercings to accommodate more jewelry? I think not. I mean, how could anyone not want to wear all of these? They’re too good to pick just one.
