Martin Rapaport, chairman of the Rapaport Diamond Report, and Avi Soffer, president of the Watch Dealers Network, will hold a seminar titled, “Tomorrow Will Be A New Day in the Buying and Selling of Diamonds & Watches – ARE YOU READY?” on Oct. 21.
Rapaport will discuss the state of the diamond industry, Fair Trade diamonds and jewelry, future markets for diamonds, and e-commerce.
Soffer will speak about understanding the watch markets better, profiting from the trade-in trend, how to buy and sell watches confidently, and preparing for changes in the industry.
In addition, there will be time for attendees to ask questions.
The seminar will be held during the Jewelers International Showcase held in the Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami Beach, Flawww.miamibeachconvention.com. It will be held at 7 p.m. in the “C” Hall Lobby of the convention center.
The seminar is free of charge and open only to the trade press. However, registration is required.
