Retailers to Learn from the Leopard at AJS

The African leopard is the most successful and adaptable predator on earth. And, as Atlanta Jewelry Show attendees will find out during the Aug. 9-11 edition, his tactics can help them in their own “hunt for excellence.”

Scheduled for Aug. 10 at 9:30 a.m., the keynote address, “The Hunt for Market Share!”TM —Lessons from the African Leopard – Making & Keeping Clients, Customers and Profits In a Global Economy,” is just one of many creative, idea-packed programs comprising the full-scale SJTA U educational series.

Led by Kivi Bernhard, CEO and founder of Kivi International LLC, “The Hunt for Market Share” looks at some of the leopard’s special traits, including his intrinsic belief in himself and how that makes him the master of the solo hunt, and how that can be applied to today’s retail environment. Presented like nothing Atlanta Jewelry Show attendees have seen before, the program’s award-winning video footage, combined with Kivi’s international flare and gifted speaking style, will leave everyone roaring for more.

“As we attempt to master our own individual ‘hunt’ for excellence while building an effective and sustainable business, we must first learn to trust ourselves while simultaneously creating meaningful and significant relationships with our customers,” Bernhard said.

During the program, Bernhard will infuse, motivate and empower attendees with a dose of P- P M S, Positive – Predatory Mind Set. It will lead you to yourself, allowing you to take precise inventory of your exact tooling and apparatus, to trust it and to take it with you into the global market place. This is critical, cutting-edge business and life thinking that has been incorporated into the MBA program of the renowned Coles School of Business, Kennesaw State University.

“We’re delighted to bring such a creative program to the show,” said Carol Young, executive director, Southern Jewelry Travelers Association, producers of the semi-annual Atlanta Jewelry Show. “When retailers walk away from our shows with fresh new ideas to take back to their stores, we’ve achieved our goal.  With the outstanding line-up of speakers and topics we’re bringing together in August, we’re definitely arming retailers with practical tips and proven tools that they can quickly put to work in their stores – and see results.”
