QVC Jewelry Sales Decline

QVC’s
jewelry sales declined in the first quarter of 2011, said a statement from
parent company Liberty Media.

However,
sales of electronics, beauty and accessories increased, it said.

QVC’s
overall consolidated revenue increased 4 percent in the first quarter (ended
March 30) to $1.8 billion. U.S. revenue increased 3 percent to $1.2 billion.
