Police in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, have launched a program
to place posters with the message “no hats, no hoods, no sunglasses” in
businesses such as jewelry stores and pharmacies, according to a report
from the Canadian Broadcasting Corp.
The program is voluntary, the report noted.
