At this year’s show, PGI-USA will once again have a presence in the JCK Platinum Pavilion (Booth #300) and will be hosting the following:
Power Hours. PGI will host Power Hours at the Platinum Pavilion Lounge during the first three days of the show (May 30-June 1) from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. and 3:00-5:00 p.m. where they will be presenting, “Take Back the Wedding” by turning one engagement ring sale into a “three-ring” sale. The pavilion will feature 36 platinum exhibitors with products ranging both in style and price. PGI-USA also is giving away DVDs and point-of-sale marketing materials at the pavilion.
Duratrans Giveaway. Retailers can take advantage of PGI’s multi-million dollar marketing program to raise consumer awareness of platinum as a rare and enduring precious metal. As of February 2008, PGI is offering 3-platinum-ring signage to retailers to capture the customer’s attention and to act as a selling tool for sales associates (offer limited to two duratrans or other printing materials per store).
WJA Platinum Diva Awards. For the second year, PGI-USA will serve as the pillar sponsor at the 12th annual WJA Platinum Diva Awards. The competition has been expanded to five categories: Bridal Everyday Ring Trio, DIVA Bridal Ring Trio, Elegant Jewels for the Bride or Bridal Party, DIVA Bridal Jewels for the Bride or Bridal Party, and Colorful Engagements and Weddings in platinum. Images or renderings will also be accepted. All entries must be received by April 18. The winners will be announced at the Platinum Pavilion during the JCK show.
