Nordstrom is planning its first department store in Manhattan, the company announced.
The store will be located on 225 West 57th Street, between 7th Avenue and Broadway, and will be part of a proposed skyscraper owned by Extell Development Corp. The 7-story, 285,000 square-foot store will open in 2018.
Extell is also building the Gem Tower in the 47th Street Diamond District.
