Morris, Wilkinson receive top honors in 2003 Jules Awards competition

Nicola Morris received the 2003 Jules Awards for “Best Jewellery Design,” held as part of the International Jewellery London trade show. Kate Wilkinson received the award for “Best Jewellery Collection.”

Morris won for her wearable, modular solid silver neckpiece. Wilkinson received top honors for her innovative and fluid sculptural Swarovski crystal and feather collection.

The “Best Product” award was given to Giddings Design for its Italian ‘Gema’ pyramid shaped showcases.

Storm picked up the prize for “Best Product Collection” for its new range of watches.

The award, for “Best Presentation,” was won Henig Diamonds.

Anna Wales, International Jewellery London exhibition manager, jewelry designer Leo de Vroomen and Jenni Middleton, editor of Retail Jeweller, were the judges for the competition.

The Jules Awards were announced by Wales on Sunday during the IJL trade show.
