Microsoft and MPI Systems to present integrated software product at JCK Show

MPI Systems Inc. will be sharing booth space with Microsoft Corp. at the JCK Show ~ Las Vegas 2005 to present an integrated software product for retail jewelers. This will be Microsoft’s first time at the show, which runs June 3-7 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center & The Venetian Hotel.

MPI Systems and Microsoft will be working together at the show to present its product for jewelry retailers, MPI-Jeweler and Retail Management System (RMS. Together, this integrated Windows-based package is a jewelry retail solution for point of sale, jewelry specific inventory, customer and employee management, work order processing, repairs, special orders, layaways, appraisals, gift registry, and mailing lists.

“Our product fully integrates with their product,” says Annette Schwarz Kaye, MPI Systems vice president. “MPI-Jeweler and Microsoft RMS give the jewelry retailer a superior point of sale and inventory product with all the necessary functions specific to the jewelry retailer. It is a complete package and competitively priced. We are happy to be working closely with Microsoft to bring this product to market.”

MPI Systems, Inc., based in Wilton, Conn., will also be at the show in its own booth (61506) in the JCK technology section, demonstrating ShopControlPro, a Windows software solution in use worldwide for jewelry wholesalers and manufacturers.
