Swiss watch manufacturer Maurice Lacroix announced a new
independent North American distribution agreement with wholesaler Hartmut
The new agreement will include an aggressive marketing and
sales strategy, the company says, with plans to grow to some 120 doors over the
next five years.
“We are thrilled to join forces with an independent
distributor to rebuild our presence in North America,” Martin Bachmann, CEO of
Maurice Lacroix, said in a statement. “I consider Hartmut the ideal match. He
perfectly impersonates our core brand value: Follow your convictions.”
Lacorix also plans to launch two fully in-house developed
automatic calibers at Baselworld.
