Poor Lindsey Lohan! She’s in the
spotlight again, but not for her acting chops. The twentysomething stands
accused of stealing a $2,500 diamond necklace made by San Francisco-based
designer Pratima Sethi of Sethi Couture, from a California jewelry store.
Sethi, meanwhile, has been inundated with calls from celebrity rags, trying to
score any new information about the piece or the alleged theft. Not wanting to fuel the hysteria any further, Sethi declined comment with JCK.
But for those who’re clamoring for
more information on the designer, whom JCK interviewed in 2009, and whose
jewelry has been featured numerous times in print and online, here are five new
necklaces for those inclined to emulate Lohan’s look. As for the $2,500 wire-wrapped opaque yellow diamond necklace in the news (the one allegedly stolen), Sethi says she no longer has images of it, but it’s looks similar in style to a $25,000 piece in our slideshow below.
