Ashton Luxury Group, the new identity for the U.S. division of Gitanjali, announced Sept. 20 it had acquired the exclusive license and distribution rights for jewelry from Joseph Abboud.
The Joseph Abboud creative team will design the new line, which will be marketed as “Joseph Abboud by REVV.”
Initial distribution will be to both REVV’s and Joseph Abboud’s North American customer bases. International distribution is planned for 2013 and 2014
Retail sales projections for the five-year term of the agreement are $140 million, an ALG statement said.
