Jewelers for Children has unveiled its 2010 Hope for the Holidays program, whose
elements—including holiday greeting cards, an honor donation program, and
contribution cards and inserts—were produced from artwork created by children
representing JFC’s charity partners.
The program features three holiday card designs drawn by children representing
the National CASA Association and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America. A
9-year-old St. Jude patient drew the smiling snowman featured on new
contribution recognition cards.
Holiday cards are available to members of the jewelry industry, who also can
purchase contribution recognition cards with a donation to JFC. Contribution
card inserts are available as an option for use with any holiday card.
Honor donation programs are conducted by a number of companies in the industry
who send letters to customers and suppliers asking that, in lieu of holiday
gifts, a donation be made in their honor to JFC.
Information on purchasing holiday cards, contribution cards and inserts, and
the honor donation program can be found on JFC’s website at jewelersforchildren.org,
or by calling 212-687-2949.
