Jewelry.com sponsors fund-raising campaign for JFC

Jewelry.com is using its Web site to raise and contribute funds to the Jewelers for Children (JFC) charity.

The company has dedicated a page on its Web site for JFC. On it, Jewelry.com users have three ways to contribute to the charity.

First, users can download a special Valentine’s Day message that will be sent in the name of the user. JFC will deliver the message of hope to a child, and Jewelry.com will match the tax-deductible contribution

Second, users can visit the Jewelers For Children Web site through a link provided on the jewelry.com Web page and make a donation directly. Jewelry.com will match all donations made through the page.

Third, Users can trigger a donation without spending any money. From Feb 1 to March 1, jewelry.com will donate 10 cents for every single person who uses a special link on its dedicated JFC page and then clicks on the Web page of one of the retailers shown. The goal is to get 500,000 people to click on one of the jewelry.com retailer pages in order to meet its donation goal of $50,000.

Jewelers For Children is the charity of the fine jewelry and watch industries. JFC supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation, National CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Association, The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
