A roundup of jewelry store crimes from the past week:

Robbers Steal Six Figures Worth of Jewelry in 5th Avenue Heist

New York City On June 22, Three suspects broke into Bergdorf Goodman’s Fifth Avenue store during the early morning and made off with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry. The thieves smashed display cases, took inventory, and then fled. The robbery was caught on security cameras both inside and outside of the store.

Suspects in North Carolina Jewelry Heist Flee in Employee’s Vehicle

Thomasville, N.C. On June 21, Three women and one man robbed Avis’ Fine Jewelry on June 21. One woman, armed with a handgun, forced all employees to the back of the store while the others stole merchandise and cash. The suspects fled in a Toyota Camry belonging to a store employee.

Suspects Flee in California Robbery

San Bernardino County, Calif. On June 19, two men robbed Cantos Jewelry Store. One of the men struck a store employee while the other stole jewelry. The duo fled with stolen goods in a getaway car driven by a third accomplice.
