JCK Show: New JCK Hong Kong show will debut in 2002

A new jewelry industry trade fair called The JCK Show-Asia will debut in Hong Kong next year. The new show will take place in the Hong Kong International Trade Exhibition Center from July 11 to 14, 2002, according to officials of the Reed Exhibition Companies. Reed also operates The JCK Show-Las Vegas, the world’s largest jewelry fair, with 3,000 vendors, in June and The JCK Show-Orlando, early in the year.

With the two most successful jewelry trade shows in the United States already under Reed’s direction, “we saw this as a natural opportunity to bring this [trade show] model to the very important international markets in Asia through a Hong-Kong based show,” says Dave Bonaparte, Vice president of the JCK Show.

The new JCK-Hong Kong show will offer some 600 exhibiting designers and manufacturers from Asia and around the world, plus more than 10 national pavilions. Reed Exhibition Companies is a world leader organizing various industry events and trade shows. Its portfolio includes 440 events in 49 countries in 11 major sectors, such as retail, entertainment, aerospace and communications.
