JCK Las Vegas 2019: 5 Favorite Jewels From the Show Floor

It would be impossible for me to pick just five favorites from the thousands of innovative and elegantly wrought jewelry designs peppering this year’s JCK Las Vegas show, which wraps up at the Sands Expo this afternoon.

But below are a handful of new looks (both styles and series) that, when sifting through the zillions of photos I took over the last five days on my overworked iPhone, stick out as special—and especially salable.

Forevermark rings
Forevermark debuted a new ceremony line, the Engagement and Commitment collection—a range of classic and trend-driven engagement styles with diamond center stones that vary from modest to megawatt. Above are a few looks featuring the latter: Forevermark Exceptional Diamonds from Premier Gem.

Just Jules coin necklaces
Just Jules showcased a range of chic new necklaces featuring real Roman coins bordered by 14k gold and tiny diamonds in baguettes and other shapes—strung on delicate chains. A great look for jeans and dress-up duds alike.

Parle ring
Fine jewelers Parlé Jewelry Designs presented several pieces that coupled brightly colored gemstones in innovative ways. This ring, which the atelier informally calls the Pineapple ring (mentally erase the bottom green section and you’ll see the reference!) boasts mandarin garnet framed in tufts of green tourmaline.

Artistry Ltd Deco bracelets
Top and above: Artistry Ltd.’s new Dolce Collection includes rings, necklaces, and bracelets featuring emerald-cut colored gemstones including tourmaline, citrine, and amethyst in minimalist 14k white and yellow gold settings. These flexible, lightweight bracelets, which weigh almost nothing and stack up beautifully, sell for around $800 each and are attractive giftables and self-purchase splurges.

Stuller bridal rings
Stuller has a new trend-driven bridal collection that checks a lot of boxes for fashionable young brides-to-be. Unlike Stuller’s core bridal line, which is highly customizable, these trendy new styles come ready-made, in the manner of a true indie designer bridal line.
