JBT’s Kenyon to Speak in L.A.

Jewelers Board of Trade president Dione Kenyon will present “An Overview of JBT Credit and Collections Services” at the Diamond Club West Coast in Los Angeles, on July 16.

At the noon presentation, Kenyon will provide an overview of JBT credit and collections services, focusing on how they can best be used to make well-informed credit decisions. She will cover JBT’s confidential Interchange Program (automated accounts receivable reporting platform), its benefits, and the simple steps involved to join this valuable monthly information exchange.

She will also preview new credit services in development for rollout later this year and beyond, including the “Memo Reporting” platform, (supplemental to the Interchange Program).  This important initiative was jointly launched by the DMIA and JBT in response to heightened credit concerns in the industry.

Attendance is free. RSVP to Brenda Gamba at 401-467-0055 ext. 3703 or email bgamba@jewelersboard.com.

The Jewelers Board of Trade is the only credit-reporting agency focused exclusively on the U.S. jewelry industry. Founded in 1884 as a member-based organization, JBT’s database now includes nearly 70,000 industry-related business listings.  Based in Warwick, RI, with additional offices in New York, NY, the organization provides its members with credit reports, collections services and marketing tools.
