Indian diamond and jewelry company and DTC sightholder C. Mahendra Exports has
filed for an IPO, it announced.
The company filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange
Board of India for an initial public offer of 15 million equity shares worth
ten Indian rupees.
