The International Diamond Council released the
Russian translation of the “IDC Rules for Grading Diamonds” today in
Moscow at the 34th World Diamond Congress.??
During a short ceremony, IDC chairman Stephane
Fischler presented a bound copy of the Russian language version of the IDC
Rules to Sergey Oulin, chairman of the Diamond Chamber of Russia, and host of
the congress. ?
The IDC Rules and the translations in
Russian and Chinese are now available for downloading from the IDC website.
