Hearts On Fire hired Ilaria Lanzoni as its director of design.

Lanzoni has 17 years of design experience, joining the company from Garrads in London, where she worked as head designer. Prior to her role at Garrads, she was employed at Asprey Fine Jewellery in London, where she helped launch their collections.

“The addition of Ilaria to our team is the result of an extensive global search for a director of design who would express the culture of Hearts On Fire,” Glenn Rothman, founder and CEO of Hearts On Fire, said in a statement. “We are thrilled to have Ilaria with us.”
