Capital Group International informed Petra Diamonds it now holds 25,056,245
shares in the company, representing approximately 7.08 percent of its shares.
The company, the largest diamond mining group listed on
London’s AIM exchange, owns six mines in South Africa and one in Tanzania. In
2010, it produced 1.1 million cts., amounting to $177.7 million in revenue.
