GoldOnline Acquires Native Trade Jewelry Company

GoldOnline International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GDOL), a fully-reporting company, announced that it has acquired a prominent regional jewelry wholesaler of Southwest style jewelry, Native Trade Jewelry Co. (‘NTJ’). NTJ is a wholesaler and importer of fine Southwestern style jewelry specializing primarily in silver jewelry. NTJ markets its products through direct sales and a wholesale jewelry showroom located in Dallas, Texas. NTJ’s estimated revenues for calendar year 2000 are expected to exceed $500,000.
With the acquisition of NTJ and HMS Jewelry, the Company will have $15,000,000 in assets with projected combined sales of over $15,500,000 for the 2000 year. The Company will have first class positions and a significant offline growth platform.
Greg Gordon, GDOL president, stated, ‘Through this acquisition, the Company will be adding an additional 750 customers to its existing customer base of over 4000. By combining the distinctive Native American line to its present traditional silver collection, the Company assures itself the diversity to increase the market share for all of its wholesale and retail locations as well as its B2B e-commerce site sales.’
