James Riley has been appointed chief operating officer of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain.
Riley previously worked as a manager for Backes & Strauss, and was a member of the National Association of Goldsmiths and Gem-A boards.
“I am happy and very proud to be joining Gem-A at a time of growth and opportunity for the association,” Riley said in a statement.
