Swiss watch maker Frédérique Constant Genève has announced a 52 percent growth in sales for the first six months of 2007. It cited “a significant increase in activity across most of our regions,” including a “return” to sales growth in North America and continuing strong growth in western Europe, Russia, and Asia.
“In view of our intensive programs of promotional activities and new product launches, sales growth should continue to accelerate for rest of the year,” said company owner Peter Stas.
Over the past 10 years, Frèdèrique Constant has had an annual growth rate of 25 percent to 30 percent. It produces 60,000 timepieces annually.
