The contest, launched in February, encourages ELYSEE’s U.S.
Facebook fans to upload a photo, short bio, and a comment on why other fans
should consider them as the most likeable face to represent the brand.
ELYSEE vice president Zion Reuven tells JCK the goal of the contest is to generate excitement about the
brand among existing and potential customers.
“We want to hear from those fans who think they can best
represent ELYSEE,” Reuven says. “This is a great platform for our fans to
promote themselves and express their personal style.”
The contestant who receives the most Facebook “Likes”
becomes the Face of the Month, win an ELYSEE men’s or women’s watch of their
choice up to $750, and a chance to a trip to Las Vegas in June.
Jeffery Ayars is currently featured on the ELYSEE Facebook
page as the brand’s March “Face of the Month.” Reuven says the responses and
feedback from consumers increase on a daily basis.
“Not only are we expanding our network of fans, but
consumers are asking their friends to get involved, vote, and post feedback,”

Reuven says connecting with consumers through contests,
feedback, and overall information dissemination through social media is a
priority for the brand this year.
“Social media allows us to go directly to our consumers for
immediate feedback on styles, prices, and the overall brand,” he says.
