Registration for the 2012–15 Supplier of Choice
contract period has opened, the Diamond Trading Company announced March 8.
The DTC will launch the registration by hosting two
webinars March 8 on NewSightholderContract.com. The DTC will outline both
mandatory requirements for businesses considering registration and what to
expect from the Contract Proposal Questionnaire process.
“For the new SoC contract period, we are seeking
diamantaires that operate to the highest professional standards and are best
able to add sustainable value to, and drive demand for, the rough diamonds we
sell,” DTC CEO Varda Shine said in a statement.
The deadline for registration is April 18.
Registered businesses that meet the mandatory registration criteria will be
invited to complete and submit a CPQ between May 3 and July 7.
