Doris Panos, president and chief executive officer of Doris Panos Designs Ltd.,
announced that the Eastern District Bankruptcy Court of New York on Aug. 30
confirmed her reorganization plan under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

The company said in a statement that it had paid off secured loans and that its
reorganization plan aimed to pay the remaining unsecured creditors. The
statement noted that the company had downsized, reduced expenses, and relocated
from Manhattan to Port Washington, N.Y.

The company filed for Chapter 11 protection April 17, 2009.
