A self-defense class for women in the jewelry industry will be held on May 6, 6-8 p.m., at the Superfit headquarters in King of Prussia, Pa.
Rick Franchi of Jewelers Mutual and Barry Dinola of Yardley Jewelers, both of whom who will discuss safety for women on the road and will demonstrate simple martial arts techniques, are presenting the program that is being sponsored by the Women’s Jewelry Association of Pennsylvania.
Light snacks and beverages will be served. Wear sweats and sneakers. There is no charge to participate, though membership is encouraged.
