Ron Luino has joined Citizen Watch Company of America as Vice President, Operations and Administration. He will oversee Citizen’s warehouse and distribution facility in Torrance, Calif.; be responsible for the customer-relations department, after the sales service and parts and human-resource departments; and also be a member of COA’s executive committee. He reports directly to Laurence Grunstein, COA’s president.

The appointment was made April 13.

Luino was formerly executive vice president and chief financial officer for Seiko Corp. of America, where he was responsible for all finance, administration, and operational departments and served on its board of directors.
