Stephen P. Miller has joined Citizen Watch Company of America as vice president of finance and systems, effective May 17. He will oversee the accounting, credit, and information technology departments in Citizen’s operation headquarters in Torrance, Calif. He will be a member of COA’s executive committee, and report directly to Laurence R. Grunstein, COA president.
Miller was previously chief financial officer and vice president of operations for Encore Software. Earlier, he worked in consumer products companies including Leiner Health Products, where he was the chief financial officer, and PepsiCo Inc., where he held several senior finance positions in the soft drink division.
