CIRCA, the New York-based buyer of jewelry from the public, announced today that it has no affiliation with a Canadian company, Circa Auctions.
Circa claims the Canadian company is using “the CIRCA INC., trademark without CIRCA INC.’s prior knowledge, consent or authorization.”
The company “said that it will take any and all legal action to pursue this matter vigorously.”
