Circa has appointed Kenneth Jay Linsner as director of client services.
The company’s newly formed client services division offers estate evaluations, including fine and decorative arts, antiques, silver, and collectibles.
An appraiser since 1970, Linsner is currently a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and a senior certified valuer (SCV) of the International Institute of Valuers in Zurich, Switzerland. Linsner has worked at the Brooklyn Museum and developed the core course in “Research Methods for the Appraiser” at New York University. He has also been an expert witness in many federal and services suits.
