Charles & Colvard to air radio ads in eight markets

Charles & Colvard, Ltd., the sole source of moissanite—a created jewel available for use in fine jewelry—will air targeted radio advertising testing in eight key retailer markets. The six-week test begins next week on the Delilah show, a national adult contemporary program, and is being conducted along with Charles & Colvard’s manufacturing partner, K&G Creations of Boca Raton, Fla.

Jones Radio Networks produces Delilah, a nightly music and personality show heard on more than 200 stations in the U.S. The show blends adult contemporary hits with real contact with listeners.

The ads support the moissanite jewelry programs at King’s Jewelry in Pittsburgh, Pa., and Youngstown, Ohio; Landau in West Palm Beach, Fla. and Las Vegas, Sather’s Leading Jewelers in Ft. Collins, Colo, Art’s Jewelers in Canton, Ohio, and Morgan Jewelers in Portland, Ore., and Salt Lake City.

“The Delilah radio ad reinforces the key message conveyed in our print campaign and during our TV shopping broadcasts and it is geared to reach our target customer, the self-purchasing women,” said Robert S. Thomas, CEO and president of Charles & Colvard. “These targeted retailers offer a wide assortment of moissanite jewelry, from high fashion and classic styles.”
