When Jason Trawick wanted to propose to Britney Spears, he did what many Hollywood suitors do: He went to Neil Lane for the ring.
The ring is a tiara-inspired style—a diamond solitaire on a pave band—because “[Britney is] his everyday princess,” jeweler Neil Lane told People.com, where a photo of the ring can be seen. According to the post, the ring “looks like a mini crown.”
Lane tells JCK that the mounting is platinum and that the setting took a month to produce. “The center is round and is over 3 carats, and is surrounded by 90 small round diamonds,” he explains.
Seven different ways to personalize the tiara-inspired look are below.
