Birks & Mayors Inc. announced Thursday that net sales increased by 6% to $69.7 million during the period from November 1st through December 26th, compared to net sales of $66.0 million during last year’s holiday season.

The company also reported that comparable store sales during the holiday season were flat with last year’s sales as a 6% increase in comparable store sales in Canada was offset by a 6% decrease in comparable store sales in the U.S.
