Canadian jeweler Birks, Olympic athlete Jenn Heil, and Sophie Grégoire-Trudeau
hosted 350 guests an event at the Birks Montreal flagship store last night to
benefit Plan Canada’s Because I am a Girl campaign. The Dream pendant, the
latest addition to Birks’s Jenn Heil collection, was unveiled.
The fund-raising event will help provide scholarships for girls in Burkina
Faso, and a portion of proceeds from sales of the Dream pendant will benefit
Heil’s favorite charity, Plan Canada.
