Bernie Robbins hosts benefit for Mommy’s Light

Later this month Bernie Robbins Fine Jewelry will host jewelry designer Leslie Greene for a two-day in-store appearance and trunk show events along with a raffle at the jeweler’s Marlton, N.J., and Newtown, Pa. locations. Proceeds from the events will benefit the Mommy’s Light Lives On Fund.

Greene’s in-store appearance and trunk show will be held April 29 and 30 at each of the jeweler’s two locations. Customers at the trunk shows at either store can purchase a chance to win one of two 18k gold and diamond “Magolia” chandelier necklaces valued at over $1,800.

Mommy’s Light brings joy and comfort to children and teens by helping them keep alive traditions and simple pleasures they shared with their mothers. Newtown Square resident Mary Murphy founded the fund less than three months before she died of cancer. Mary and her son created a plan to keep her spirit alive by preserving special traditions they shared. That philosophy is the basis for Mommy’s Light’s program today. Mommy’s Light’s free services are available to young people in southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and northern Delaware.

Bernie Robbins Fine Jewelry has six locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
